About Me

At LAWBOSS – Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC, the firm’s work is guided by the vision and leadership of its founder, attorney Michael Uvalle. After graduating from law school, Michael was driven by a clear purpose: to find a better way to help everyday people whose lives had been disrupted by unexpected injuries. He viewed the law not simply as a profession, but as a means to advocate for individuals navigating difficult circumstances.

Before becoming an attorney, Michael worked for several of the largest insurance companies in Texas. During that time, he gained firsthand insight into how personal injury claims are evaluated and defended, and how insurers approach risk, liability, and settlement decisions. This experience provided him with a practical understanding of the strategies insurance companies use when responding to injury claims.

Motivated to use that knowledge on behalf of injured individuals, Michael founded LAWBOSS – Uvalle Law Firm, PLLC in 2010. The firm was built on a straightforward mission: to work diligently, treat clients with respect, and pursue fair outcomes under the law. Michael’s background allows him to approach each case strategically, helping clients address insurance company tactics while pursuing resolutions based on the facts and applicable law.
