About Me

Ian Nelsen is a Partner that brings a strong disciplined, results-focused approach to his personal injury practice. Ian earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, completed a master’s degree at Texas A&M University–Commerce, and graduated third in his class from South Texas College of Law. As a former adjuster, insurance defense attorney, and certified mediator, his training and experience provide him with a unique advantage in advocating for his clients.

Ian approaches his work with a philosophy centered on diligence, transparency, and client trust. He understands the uncertainty that often follows an accident and is committed to keeping clients informed while guiding them through the legal process. His goal is to advocate for clients’ legal rights and help them pursue resolutions that support long-term stability. Since joining the firm in 2016, Ian has helped clients recover significant settlements, including numerous million and multi-million-dollar settlements.
