ELIGIBILITY.

The “LAWBOSS Dallas Cowboys Ticket Sweepstakes” (“Sweepstakes”) is open and offered only to legal residents of Texas and Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if at the time of entry you are under 18 years of age. For purposes of these Official Rules, individuals who submit Sweepstakes entries will be referred to as “Entrants.” Sponsor, set forth below, its officers, employees, or their immediate family members (spouses and children or siblings by blood or marriage) of Sponsor are not eligible for prizes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all Federal and state laws and regulations.

SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by HNU Law Firm, 5001 Spring Valley Rd, Suite 240W, Dallas, Texas 75244 (the “Sponsor”).

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES.

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Being selected for and eligibility to win a prize are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Being selected for inclusion in the Sponsor’s LAWBOSS Dallas Cowboys Free Ticket Giveaway and eligibility to win a prize are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER.

This Sweepstakes is conducted as a series of eight (8) separate drawings, each corresponding to a designated Dallas Cowboys 2026 Season home game (each, a “Drawing”). Entries are accepted online only, by completing the form located at lawboss.com/dallas-cowboys-2026/. The Sponsor’s computer is the Sweepstakes’ official clock. Review these Official Rules and complete the entry form to submit your entry. The applicable Entry Deadline for each Drawing is set forth in the schedule below; all Entry Periods close at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the applicable Entry Deadline.

An Entrant must submit a separate entry for each Drawing in which the Entrant wishes to participate. Only one (1) entry per person, per Drawing, will be counted, and each entry is eligible only for the Drawing for which it is submitted. Each Entry Period begins on the date the applicable Drawing opens and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the applicable Entry Deadline set forth in the schedule below.

Entries will be considered ineligible if, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, they do not follow the directions described in these Official Rules, or if they contain language or images that are in any way threatening, abusive, offensive, defamatory, invasive of another’s privacy, in breach of confidence, embarrassing to any person or likely to deceive any person, hateful, blasphemous, pornographic, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or otherwise contrary to any law or appear contrary to the spirit of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late or unsuccessful attempts to enter. The Sponsor reserves the right to allow for minor fluctuations between the timing of an entry and the actual runtime of the Sweepstakes, based on clear intent to comply with the Official Rules, as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

By submitting an entry, each Entrant warrants and represents that he or she consents to the submission and use of the entry in the Sweepstakes, and to the Sponsor possibly posting information of the entry on its internet sites and social media accounts in connection with the Sweepstakes. Entries will become the sole property of Sponsor.

PURPOSE AND SELECTION.

At the close of each Entry Period, all eligible entries entered into that Drawing will be aggregated, and two (2) different potential winners will be randomly selected for that Drawing by a representative of the Sponsor from all eligible entries entered into that Drawing. Entrants who have already been selected and verified as a winner of a prior Drawing are excluded from all subsequent Drawings, and no Entrant may win more than one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes. The odds of being selected as a potential winner depend on the number of eligible entries entered into the applicable Drawing.

SUBMISSION CONTENT AND FORMAT.

Entrants will fill out the form on the Sweepstakes page – lawboss.com/dallas-cowboys-2026/. The form requires the Entrant’s valid name, electronic mail address, and telephone number. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT.

Winners will be notified on or about 48 hours after the applicable random drawing via the contact information provided on entry. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the Entrant’s eligibility and Entry have been verified and the Entrant has been notified that such verification is complete. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check on any potential winner and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person based on such background check if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that awarding the prize to such potential winner might reflect negatively on Sponsor or any of the Released Parties (as defined below).

POSTING OF WINNERS.

Following completion of the Sweepstakes, a winners list will be posted on the “LAWBOSS Dallas Cowboys Free Ticket Sweepstakes” website located at lawboss.com/dallas-cowboys-2026/.

PRIZES.

Two (2) prizes will be awarded for each of the eight (8) drawings (sixteen (16) prizes in total across the Sweepstakes). Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to the designated Dallas Cowboys 2026 Season home game associated with that drawing, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Three Hundred Dollars ($300) per prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, at its sole discretion, for a prize of equal value.

Winners cannot assign or transfer a prize to another person. No prize substitution or changes are allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize or any portion of a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, a substitute prize may be awarded; provided, however, that if prizes are awarded but unclaimed/forfeited by a winner, that prize may or may not be re-awarded in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one (1) prize per person/household for the entire Sweepstakes. Any Entrant who is selected and verified as a winner of any Drawing is thereafter ineligible for, and will be removed from, all subsequent Drawings. Prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Winner is responsible for any loss of prize or portion of prize after it has been delivered.

All prizes will be distributed electronically to the winner (for example, by email or mobile ticket transfer) using the contact information provided at the time of entry. No physical pick-up is required. Prizes must be claimed by the deadline specified by the Sponsor at the time of notification of the prize to the Entrant or his/her designee; prizes not claimed by that deadline may be forfeited.

PRIZE CONDITIONS.

BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE THE SPONSOR FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES OR FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY ANY PRIZE OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE/MISUSE OF PRIZE AWARDED. All local, state and federal taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner and/or any other fees/costs associated with the receipt of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any service provider fees that may apply. No substitution or transfer of a prize or election of cash in lieu of prize or of a lower ARV than stated will be permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. The winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Affidavit”) to be returned within seven (7) days of written notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if a potential winner fails to return requisite documents within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. If requested, the winner will also be required to disclose his/her social security number and address via a Form W-9 for the purpose of issuance of a 1099 Form for tax purposes. The winner may elect not to sign the Affidavit. However, refusal to sign the Affidavit constitutes rejection of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry, and acceptance of the prize offered, constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.

If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (a) infection by computer virus or bugs, (b) tampering, unauthorized intervention, (c) fraud, (d) technical failures, or (e) any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice, and award prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s website; or (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR, PRO SILVER STAR, LTD, NFL ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND EACH OF THE FOREGOING’S EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS AND ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) ANY TECHNICAL ERRORS THAT MAY PREVENT AN ENTRANT FROM SUBMITTING AN ENTRY; (B) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; (C) ERRORS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES; (D) ANY CHANGES IN THIRD PARTY TERMS OF CONDITIONS; OR (E) INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE CAUSED, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FROM ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR RECEIPT OF ANY PRIZE. RELEASED PARTIES ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, ENTRIES. RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROBLEMS OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK OR TELEPHONE LINES, COMPUTER ON-LINE SYSTEMS, SERVERS, OR PROVIDERS, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, FAILURE OF ANY E-MAIL OR ENTRY TO BE RECEIVED BY SPONSOR ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, HUMAN ERROR OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR AT ANY WEBSITE, OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PARTICIPANT’S OR ANY OTHER PERSON’S COMPUTER RELATING TO OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR DOWNLOADING ANY MATERIALS IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT AGREES THAT IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE COST OF ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, TO THE EXTENT OF ANY LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES. ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO CLAIM ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

COPYRIGHT.

Sponsor and those acting with its authority shall have the unrestricted, absolute, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use Entrant’s name, address, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical and personal background information, statements, Sweepstakes entry, and any writing, photo, video, or other work submitted as part of the Sweepstakes entry, and, without limitation, any notes, photograph, film, or video or audio tape that may be taken of Entrant or of such materials (the foregoing, collectively, the “Content”), without compensation, consideration, or notice or permission to Entrant or to any third party, and to reproduce, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, exhibit, distribute, transmit or broadcast, publicly or otherwise, or otherwise use and permit to be used the Content or any part thereof, whether alone or in combination with other materials (including but not limited to text, data, images, photographs, illustrations, and graphics, video or audio segments of any nature), in any media or embodiment now known or hereafter developed (including but not limited to any format of any computer-based, Internet-based, electronic, magnetic, digital, laser or optical-based media), in connection with any Sponsor (or its designee’s) advertising, promotion, publicity, trade, sweepstakes or Sweepstakes promotions, activities, or materials.

GENERAL.

By accepting a prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to the Released Parties and those acting pursuant to the authority of Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request), the right to print, publish, broadcast and use IN ALL MEDIA without limitation at any time the winner’s full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without payment or consideration, and without review, approval or notification. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, DEATH OR LOSSES OR DAMAGES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY THAT MAY ARISE FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ITS RELATED ACTIVITIES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT RELEASED PARTIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE.

USE OF DATA.

All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at www.lawboss.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing the Entrant’s e-mail address, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

DISPUTES.

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in or having jurisdiction in Dallas County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Texas or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.

NFL ENTITIES.

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion or any prize awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Promotion in any way.
